My IP address is blocked by the firewall to Officedoxs servers

On a single machine or in a Virtual Private Network (VPN), computers can become infected by trojans and viruses.  Some of these viruses produce Denial of Service attacks.  Our hosting company, Intermedia.NET, detects these Denial of Service attacks and blocks the IP address from getting through which keeps our servers safe.

If your computer or networks has been filtered by the firewall, you will need to contact them to have it unblocked.

You will need to send an email to support@intermedia.net asking for your outside IP address to be unblocked.  You will be required to send them the correct IP address.  If you are currently on the computer that you use to connect to the Booking Agent , you can use the IP address listed below.  If otherwise, please contact your technical coordinator to send you this IP address.
